From a boutique property to a 300-room resort, guests expect hot water instantly — at 6 a.m. peaks, in the spa, and at the pool. Tempratech designs centralized heat-pump systems that meet that demand dependably, at a running cost that protects your margins.

Where hot water matters

Four loads, one centralized system.

Guest rooms

Round the clock, and at morning peaks — sized to room count and demand.

The running cost

Cut one of your largest utility bills.

A heat pump moves heat rather than generating it, so it operates at 350–450% efficiency against 95% for electric heating. On Tempratech’s published comparison that is about ₹10 of hot water for every ₹44 on electric — up to 85% lower, subject to your tariff and usage.

Hotel case study slot

This is where one flagship hospitality project goes — property type and size, the system installed, and the measured before/after saving. We need three things from Tempratech to fill it: the property (or an anonymised description), the model schedule, and the verified energy or cost figures. No numbers are shown until they’re confirmed.

What engineers ask us

Four questions that come up every time.

How much space does a system need?

It depends on the model schedule. Units range from 800×800×1110 mm and 140 kg on a TT-CM-14 up to 2250×2180×1150 mm and 1,300 kg on a TT-CM-180, plus storage tanks and service access. We mark the layout on your terrace or plant-room drawing at proposal stage, and units can be split across locations where space is tight.

What happens to hot water during a retrofit?

The new plant is installed and commissioned alongside the existing system, and cut over in stages at the occupancy you choose — so guest supply is not interrupted. Where the property wants it, the old system stays connected as standby. Our installation team plans the sequence with your engineering department.

Our water is hard. Will it scale up?

Storage tanks use a glass-enamel inner lining with a sacrificial anode for corrosion protection, and the range is engineered for Indian water conditions. Where hardness is high, we recommend conditioning upstream — the survey measures your water rather than assuming it.

Does performance drop in winter?

Capacity falls as ambient temperature falls, so we size on your coldest conditions rather than an annual average. Standard units keep running down to 0 °C without shutting down; for hill-station and high-altitude properties we specify the EVI cold-climate range, which operates to −30 °C.
