TT-SC series · Inverter monobloc

One plant for underfloor heating in winter and chilled water in summer.

Inverter-driven monobloc units producing 7–55 °C water, so the same pipework heats the building in January and cools it in May. Built for Indian ambients, not translated from a European catalogue.

What matters in a reversible unit.

01

True inverter modulation

Output tracks load from 25% to 100% instead of cycling, which is where the seasonal efficiency actually comes from.

02

Reversible in one circuit

Heating at 35–55 °C, cooling at 7–18 °C, on the same pipework and the same controller.

03

Weather compensation as standard

Flow temperature drops as ambient rises, which is worth 15–20% over a fixed setpoint.

04

Voltage tolerance built in

Phase-loss, over- and under-voltage protection on board, because Indian supply is not a lab bench.

05

Quiet at night

Night-mode fan limiting for terrace and courtyard installations near bedrooms.

06

Cascade to 8 units

Up to eight units on one controller with automatic rotation to equalise run hours.

Models

Performance varies with ambient, flow temperature and flow rate. Selection should be made against a building heat-loss calculation, not against floor area.

Where it fits

Where a reversible unit earns its place.

Space conditioning from a heat pump makes sense where the building has hydronic distribution — or where you are building it now and can choose.

  • Hill-station hotels and homesUnderfloor or radiator heating through winter, with cooling available for the two warm months.
  • New-build villas with hydronic floorsOne outdoor unit, one buffer, no indoor cassettes and no refrigerant runs through the house.
  • Clinics and labsTight temperature control with plant that can be serviced without entering clinical areas.
  • Offices with fan-coil systemsA direct chiller replacement that also covers the heating season instead of sitting idle.
  • Boutique hospitalityQuiet night operation and a plant footprint that fits on a terrace.

Needs a heat-loss calculation

Reversible systems are the one range we will not quote from floor area alone. Send drawings and we will model it.

Heating and cooling from one plant?

Send us drawings or a heat-loss report and we will size the unit, the buffer and the manifolds.
