Key features

Purpose-built for buildings that can't run out.

Copeland / Panasonic scroll

Brand-name scroll compressors — one on 14–25 kW, two on 37–100 kW, four on 140–180 kW. Parts and service available across India.

Tube-in-shell condenser

Robust water-side heat exchange with a blue-finned evaporator coil and electronic expansion valve.

Built-in voltage protection

Standard across the Tempratech range — protection against the power fluctuations Indian sites actually see.

Hot & Cold, 8 °C to 60 °C

Heating and cooling from one system where the building needs both — chilled water and DHW off the same plant.

COP around 4.2

Roughly 350–450% operating efficiency against 95% for electric — the reason running cost falls so far.

Spec sheets for tenders

Sizing data and specifications available for consultants and tender documents, with AHRI 210/240, ISO 9001, CE, Intertek and Keymark certification.

Units need a level plinth able to carry the model weight, free air across the evaporator, and space to open the service panel. Pair with glass-lined storage so the unit runs in long, efficient cycles rather than short-cycling on every draw-off — our engineers size the tank with the unit at survey.

Running cost

A quarter of the cost of an electric system.

Because a heat pump moves heat instead of generating it, operating efficiency runs 350–450% against 95% for electric and about 90% for LPG or PNG.
